See what is actually happening
We look beneath formal structures, stated values, and surface-level agreement to understand the lived system: relationships, power, meaning, trust, decision-making, and recurring patterns.

About TruNorth
Then we help them change it.
TruNorth combines organizational intelligence, leadership development, and immersive practice to help people understand the conditions beneath their outcomes—and build a more aligned way forward.
Organizational intelligence. Human transformation. Sustainable change.
Who We Are
TruNorth was built around a simple belief: organizations do not change because they adopt better language or write better strategy. They change when people can see the patterns shaping behavior, understand the conditions producing current outcomes, and practice a different way of relating, deciding, leading, and acting.
Our work brings together organizational intelligence, leadership development, coaching, immersive learning, culture building, and strategic advising. We help clients move from fragmented interventions toward a coherent transformation practice—one that connects what leaders understand, what people experience, and how the system actually operates.

What Guides Us
We look beneath formal structures, stated values, and surface-level agreement to understand the lived system: relationships, power, meaning, trust, decision-making, and recurring patterns.
Lasting transformation requires more than intellectual agreement. People must build the awareness, regulation, courage, and practice needed to behave differently under pressure.
We do not impose one-size-fits-all models. We work with the history, identities, relationships, and lived realities already present in each organization and community.
Our goal is not to become the permanent holder of transformation. We help leaders and teams develop their own ability to see, interpret, repair, decide, and move.

Founder • Chief Visionary Officer • Lead Facilitator
Soul is the founder, Chief Visionary Officer, and lead facilitator of TruNorth Institute. His work helps leaders and organizations see the patterns they are living inside, understand how those patterns shape decisions and relationships, and build the courage and capacity to create a different future.
Across executive coaching, organizational transformation, keynote speaking, immersive facilitation, and the development of TruVision, Soul works at the intersection of individual awareness and system-level change. He is known for translating complex organizational realities into language people can feel, understand, and act on—and for creating experiences that move people beyond insight into embodied practice.
His work is grounded in the belief that people are not problems to be fixed. The work is to see and transform the conditions shaping what people believe is possible.
“See the system. Transform the conditions.”
